We are a unique service company founded in July 2015 that undertakes a wide variety of office functions across industries. One of our unique features is the one-stop operation outsourcing service that covers a wide variety of job fields and levels. The main job fields covered are the administrative field such as Finance, Accounting, HR and General Affairs; the strategic field such as Marketing, Strategic Planning, Business and Financial Planning; and the operational field such as Supply Chain Management and Logistics. Our staff have high-level expertise and extensive experience in these fields, along with MBA and USCPA qualifications.
GOS also provides market-entry support for those intending to start a new business in the Japanese market. Support services include new company registration; investigating market and business opportunities; setting up teams and functions; and communicating and negotiating with local and global partners and customers.
We are able to offer the above one-stop outsourcing due to our bilingual staff's expertise developed through work experience in diversified job fields in multiple industries locally and globally. Their diverse job experience, reinforced by having worked in multiple companies, results in individuals who are able to quickly adjust to a new job environment and project — one of the key success factors for a one-stop outsourcing service provider.

Yuichi Watanabe
Yuichi Watanabe is an entrepreneur who has contributed in many ways — as an employee and as a consultant — to global leading organisations after graduating from Hitotsubashi University in Tokyo. Although his Bachelor degree major is Law, his expertise is diverse, developed through a unique career background. He earned an MBA accredited by London City University in 2003.

Worked for an American food ingredient producer for 17 years after gaining experience in sales administration at a major Japanese electronics company and at the financial subsidiary of an American car manufacturer. Her career covers accounting, finance, human resource management and general affairs. She has delivered expense claim system implementations, HR management system improvements and team building training. Joined GOS in 2015.
Qualified as US CPA (not in public practice) and as a National Interpreter Guide (official interpreter for tourism in Japan).

After graduating from university in the US with a degree in Communication Arts, she has held positions covering many aspects of marketing through her career in advertising agencies, PR agencies and the in-house marketing functions of American manufacturers. With experience across medical equipment, IT, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods and food ingredients, she is at home in both B2B and B2C marketing. Her contributions have been recognised with numerous awards. Joined GOS in 2015.
